Morris "Moe" Mitchell passed away on October 9, 2024, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, at the age of 89. Born in Highland Park, Illinois, Morris was a talented artist and beloved professor at Ringling College of Art and Design (42 years) in Sarasota, Florida, and the Hunter Museum in Chattanooga, Tennessee. His passion for teaching and art touched the lives of many, including his private students, collectors, and creative souls.
